MOT Type 1: A high quality granular sub-base material, ideal for driveways, pathways, patios and foundations. It offers excellent compaction properties and is perfect for creating a stable base for paving, concrete or asphalt.
Ballast (All-In Aggregate): A versatile mixture of sharp sand and gravel, perfect for mixing concrete for foundations, footings, reinforced bases and general concreting applications. Available in various ratios to suit your specific mix requirements.
Sharp Sand: Coarse grained sand, ideal for screeding, paving, mixing with cement for strong mortar and as a bedding layer for block paving and flagstones. Its angular particles ensure excellent drainage and stability.
